Intellectual Property for Beginners: Design Patents

The Rocky Mountain Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in collaboration with partners located across the Rocky Mountain region, hosts virtual interactive sessions with experts from USPTO headquarters in Alexandria, VA. During these virtual programs, intellectual property experts will provide an overview of various aspects of the intellectual property being discussed, and answer any questions that program participants may have.

Part II in the Intellectual Property for Beginners series presentation will be focused on design patents.This event is intended for individuals with a beginning to intermediate level of patent knowledge. Garth Rademaker, Supervisory Patent Examiner for design patents is an expert on design patents as he has examined patents for more than a decade.

This virtual presentation will take place in Ablah Library, Room 217. It is free and open to the public.
