The Rocky Mountain Regional U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), in collaboration with partners located across the Rocky Mountain region, hosts quarterly interactive sessions with experts from the USPTO's Trademark Assistance Center (TAC), which is based at USPTO Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

September's presentation will be a trademark basics presentation which will include general information about trademarks, clarification of terminology, searching considerations, and enforcement/post registration filing requirements.
